As far as I know, NOBODY has ever cosplayed as Serenade.EXE at this level! It was my sister’s dream to build a harness that would do justice to Serenade’s raiments/wings, and boy did engineering work!

The only reference we found of a Serenade.EXE cosplayer was from Otakon 2005!
Seeing that cosplayer modivated us to make these Megaman cosplays in the first place!

Rockman.exe Online Archives - Look for 2 images labeled "Otakon 2005", and try spotting the Serenade cosplayer!

Serenade.EXE formally appears in the game Mega Man Battle Network 3, but we refer to the Megaman NT Warrior manga series, because we were first introduced to the manga and not the game.

Did you know? - Serenade.EXE is "androgynous"! So the proper way to address Serenade.EXE is either "they/their"!
